All surveys are checked and approved by Client Service, Data Processing and Field departments, so it’s right in field, first time.
We have rigorous back checking procedures, to assure the quality of interviewing.
  If the correct methodology is online or CATI, we subcontract to carefully-selected, often-used fieldwork specialists. All of our checking procedures are still followed, so you can expect the same quality.

All of our sampling frames are carefully designed, with input from our in-house statisticians. So you know your data will be representative of the people you're interested in.
